Ingredients
3pts coconut Milk
1 pt cream
15 eggs
5 yolks
12oz Sugar
Toasted Coconut
Method
Boil milk and cream, Whisk eggs and sugar then pour milk mixture onto toasted coconut. Strain and pour into ramekins cook @140oc for 45minutes approx.
