So, you don't want to spend too much time tied to the kitchen on Valentines Night?! Here is a quick (yet highly impressive) dessert. Smooth, delicious and even better when shared!

Ingredients

3pts coconut Milk

1 pt cream

15 eggs

5 yolks

12oz Sugar

Toasted Coconut

Method

Boil milk and cream, Whisk eggs and sugar then pour milk mixture onto toasted coconut. Strain and pour into ramekins cook @140oc for 45minutes approx.
