Originally from Eglinton Gordon Smyth’s career has followed a varied and interesting path including time spent in Marco Pierre White’s 3-Michelin starred The Restaurant in London, the 5 star Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas Australia and in America he worked under esteemed chefs Charlie Trotter and Daniel Boulud.

Following time spent in a prestigious 5 star resort in Northern Ireland Gordon has settled in his position as Head Chef at the Redcastle Hotel on the magnificent Inishowen peninsula.
