Chef Brian McDermott has chosen the Redcastle Hotel for the launch of his new book, Donegal Table. The much-anticipated event will take place on Wednesday 7th March from 8 pm and it's sold out, with over 400 attendees registered.
The event will feature prestigious chefs and personalities, such as Neven Maguire - who will perform a cookery demonstration with Brian McDermott -, Simon Delaney, Michael Murphy and more. The celebrated Noel Cunningham will be Master of Ceremonies.
Attendees will also enjoy a champagne reception and the opportunity to get a signed book during a Meet & Greet with the author.
