We are located near the town of Moville. The hotel is 25km from Derry and overlooks Lough Foyle.

Yes, Northwest Bus services travel from Letterkenny and Derry and can stop at the hotel. You can view their timetable on their website

We offer complimentary parking for our guests.
What does your "no show" policy entail?
If you do not show on the day of your booking, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
What time is check out?
Check-out is 12:00 noon.
Is it possible to get a late check out?
Late check-out is subject to availability. It may be possible to check-out later than 12:00 noon with a fee. It is advisable to discuss the possibility of this with our Front Office team at the reception desk.
What time is check in?
Check-in is from 3.00pm, however on busy periods there may be a slight delay.
Can I check in early?
An earlier check-in is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed. You can leave your luggage with our front office team at the reception area until your room is ready.
What is the hotel’s credit card policy?
We require a credit card to make and secure a booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. If guests would like to add charges to their room during their stay the reception team will need a pre-authorisation of a credit card.
How do you redeem a voucher in the hotel?
Contact the reservations team and quote the voucher number to them.
Can I arrange for amenities or gifts to be placed in the room? What do you offer?
Yes, we offer a variety of welcome amenities that can be placed in a guest’s bedroom. When making your room reservation you can add on a wide range of options such as nibble plates, chocolates and rose petals.
Can items in the package be swapped or changed?
No, items in the package cannot be swapped for anything else for example you cannot swap a round of golf for a spa treatment.
Do you have cots for children?
We can offer to include one baby cot into most of our room types, free of charge. Cots must be requested in advance.
What is the cost of adding a child to the booking?
Children 0-4 years of age are free of charge and children 5-12 years of age are €25 per child per night for bed & breakfast.
Are pets permitted?
Only certified guide dogs are permitted in our hotel.
Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?
We have wheelchair accessible rooms available to book. This room type must be requested when making the reservation.
How old do I have to be to check-in to the Hotel?
In order to check-in to our hotel, you must be over 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you must be accompanied by an adult.
Do you offer hairdryers in your guestrooms?
Yes, all of our bedrooms are equipped with one hairdryer for your complimentary use.
Do you provide irons and ironing boards for use during my stay?
Yes, all of our bedrooms are equipped with one iron and an ironing board for your complimentary use.
Can you provide babysitting?
Babysitting services are available in the hotel, this must be pre-booked in advance and can be arranged with the reception team.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes, we offer interconnecting room types. Each of these is comprised of one double bed, a twin bed and a living area.
Do you have room service?
Yes, we offer room service from 7.30am-9.30pm and 10.30pm-7.30am. Menus are available in the bedrooms.
Is internet access available?
Yes, guests have complimentary access to our hotel’s Wi-Fi in all areas of the hotel.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for all room cancellations. If we do not receive the minimum notice or if you fail to show up to the hotel on the date of your booking the full charge of the booking will be automatically charged to your card. In the event of a late/non arrival, the hotel reserves the right to process payment on the card details provided on the booking, after 6pm on the day of check in.

Breakfast is served in the Edge Restaurant between 7.30am - 10.30am Monday - Sunday.
How much is breakfast?
If you do not have breakfast included in your package or if you are not staying in the hotel it would be €19.95 per person for adults and for children it is €9.95 per person.
