Margaret-Mary, Megan and I just want to an enormous thank you to you and all the staff for all your help on the lead up to - and on the day of the wedding itself. You helped ensure everything went smoothly and we were delighted that all went to plan, which made are day even more special. Your recommendations and advice were of huge help to us when we were planning our wedding, and you always made yourself available to take our calls and respond to our requests.

We normally visit Redcastle Hotel a few times a year, not only for the beautiful location and scenery, but also because the staff are so friendly and accommodating.

We truly had the most perfect day from start to finish. Everything was exceptional, from the planning process right through to the day itself, and we could not fault a single thing. The hotel, the staff, the atmosphere, the food and the overall experience were just outstanding. Our families and friends are still talking about how amazing the day was and how beautiful the setting is.

One week on from our wedding and we are only getting to write this small note as a token of our sincere thanks to you Margaret-Mary and all the staff at the Redcastle Hotel. From our first meeting we knew we were in good days and our wedding day couldn't have went any better. Margaret-Mary you and your team were tasked with us two brides not wanting to see each other until our ceremony and you organised this with such ease and efficiency. We even got a much-cherished photo of Megan waiting to go in and me upstairs above her waiting...we absolutely love this photo your staff captured. The food was lovely and the waiting staff were very will trained and a sleek operation. 

We can't thank you Margaret-Mary and your team enough for making our wedding day so special and for that Redcastle Hotel will always be a special place for us going forward.

We booked our wedding at the start of 2024 and there was no debate this was the venue for us! The location was stunning, with the hotel overlooking a picturesque backdrop of the water, which was incredible to look at in any and every weather condition we experienced in visiting the hotel prior to our wedding.

The hotel staff are second to none! We made our initial booking with Kevin, who didn’t have to do much to sell the hotel as a potential wedding venue but still made us feel like we had made the right choice! The next year and a half was spent with Emer & Margaret-Mary assisting and advising with the planning and preparation for the wedding celebrations at Redcastle, they couldn’t have been more helpful! Both were so easy to deal with and making the day feel incredibly important while continuing to make us feel at ease. Any queries that came up prior to the big day were addressed with care and consideration, with no requests that couldn’t be accommodated or at the very least, quickly agreeing a suitable alternative.

Margaret-Mary’s attention to small details that mean a lot really blew us away on the day of the wedding. It was a lovely surprise for us on the day so I’ll not spoil it for any potential couples hoping to choose Redcastle as a wedding venue!

Kevin, whom we initially booked our wedding with, and Rachel were unbelievably accommodating while orchestrating an unforgettable wedding evening, making sure guests were well looked after and enjoying the most amazing food we could have asked for - everyone’s still talking about the food!

The night porters Raymond, Cormac & Calum were first class as the night drew to a close.

Cannot recommend highly enough for a wedding. We can’t wait to come back!

Me and my wife had the best day ever at the Redcastle for our wedding, everything was perfect about the venue on our big day. Even in the build up to it the staff were amazing in supporting us and were swift to reply to any queries. All our guests spoke of how brilliant the venue & staff were which we agree with. The Redcastle lived up to everything we hoped it would. The food was beautiful, the staff were so accommodating and lovely especially our wedding coordinator Emer who was fantastic and we can’t praise her enough. I couldn’t recommend the Redcastle enough as a venue for your big day!

We had our wedding at the Redcastle Hotel on the 29th of March 2025 and from start to finish our day could not have been anymore perfect. I type this with wee emotions coming back and a wee tear in my eye because every part of our day was just so so special. Emer our wedding Co-Ordinator was the most hands on, kind and professional lady and ensured our day ran exactly how we wanted it. Our transitions from day to day were so smooth, not to mention the food being totally perfect. People saying it was the best food they had at a wedding! And the best wedding they’ve been at. Nothing was ever a bother when we asked and enquired about certain details, especially with my husband being vegetarian. They were excellent! Thank you for making our day so magical and perfect. Id recommend the Redcastle for a wedding and also for a gorgeous relaxing overnight stay. You’ll not regret it. BREAKFAST IS MARVELLOUS!

Thank you so much for everything yous did for us before, during and after our wedding. From the moment we stepped into the hotel on the Sunday of one of your Wedding Fairs. We were made to feel extremely welcomed. Nothing was too much and nothing was a problem. 

Please thank all the staff who made our day as special as it was, without them it wouldn't have been possible. From the waiting staff to the bar staff in the ocean suite, they were courteous and professional from the get go. 

Sharon and I had a great day,  and will cherish the memories for a life time. 

Your staff is amazing, Kevin done a great job and was professional. Emer was patient when it came to me emailing with change after change after change. And even though Margaret-Mary is off on maternity leave, she was brilliant when we went to see her when we did. Yous have a great team and long may it last and stay together.

We had our wedding in Red Castle last 2nd January 2025 and it was very organised and we are well taken cared of. Such a beautiful place to get married. The view, the ambience, the staff- all so perfect! From the time I saw the sunrise in the Edge Bar when me and then fiancé now husband had a lovely breakfast January 2024 just days after we got engaged, I already knew Red Castle will be the place we will get married. Everyone was helpful and made sure we will have a very unforgettable experience. Thank you so much!

We just wanted to drop you a quick email to say thank you for everything over the last year. Emer’s help and organisation, along with Margaret Mary, to pull everything together for us was absolutely unparalleled. Like I said in my speech, it is clear for all to see why you guys are nominated for awards so often.

So many people have spoken to us about how beautiful the hotel was, how good the food was and also how attentive the staff were, down to the way the staff always stop and hold open doors for guests.

Margaret Mary was absolutely amazing from start to finish with organising our wedding on 10th august.

Throughout the planning she was attentive, listened and was so easy to organise things with as her communication was second to none. On the actual day, she made my husband to be and myself feel completely at ease in the morning and made us feel confident and happy with how the day would go. Everything we asked for was delivered and we were so surprised to return to our room and receive a printed framed photo from the day, what a special touch!!! 

Kevin during the reception meal was also amazing and super organised but also relaxed, he made sure everyone was happy and well fed and watered. The waiters and waitresses were top class. Honestly we are blown away but just how amazing the hotel was for our wedding and all of our guests were also so happy, we can’t thank you all enough!!!!

We got married at the Redcastle at thebeginning of August 2024, we had such an amazing day and all our gueststhoroughly enjoyed the day aswell and complimented how well the day ran at thehotel from start to finish. Margaret-Mary played a great role in this and herteam were fantastic throughout. From getting to know Margaret-Mary from thebeginning when we first booked our wedding with the Redcastle it was such apleasure, nothing was ever too much. We only stayed the one night but willdefinitely be back in the near future to spend a few days to enjoy the rest offacilities the hotel has to offer like their spa. Thank again!

we booked this venue honestly just for the views, we had no idea just how amazing the whole set up and staff would be!

The venue had everything done for us, we needed few other suppliers which is a massive weight lifted for any bride planning!

Myself and my newbie Wife Emma had our Wedding here on the 27th June....and although we didn't get the weather we had hoped for, it did not matter in the end up as our Reception here was just so perfect!!

Redcastle is our favourite place...we would stay here up to 3 times per year and also had our Engagement here 3 years prior to our Big Day...so it was a no-brainer picking here for our Special Day's Reception! Everything from the hotel itself...it's grounds and views, food and service is perfect for us!

Honestly, Margaret-Mary was just so attentive towards us...and herself and her team couldn't have done enough for us both in the lead up and on our Wedding Day! Due to the poor weather....myself and Emma had our photo's done in the beautiful Bridal Suite which just turned out perfect!! The Reception room itself was just beautiful and decorated exactly to our taste!! Everything ran so smooth and efficient.....with all our Guest's complimenting everything about it!

Redcastle was just the perfect fit for our Big Day and we had the best time of our lives! A big thank-you again Redcastle and in particular....Margaret-Mary.
