The Redcastle hotel is the perfect location for a civil ceremony, with an approved license to hold them. With breathtaking views of Lough Foyle and a deck that means not even the weather can spoil your big day. All of this combines to make Redcastle Hotel one of the best Donegal wedding venues.

We offer ceremonies indoors in our stunning Ocean Suite, or if the weather permits we can offer ceremonies on our outdoor terrace.
We strive to make your wedding journey as easy and stress free as possible, Our Ultimate Wedding Package includes:

  • Arrivals reception including sparkling wine and bottled beer
  • Tea, coffee, shortbread, sandwiches and popcorn cones for all guests on arrival 
  • Fairy light backdrop, room draping, table centrepieces & décor
  • Five course wedding meal with two starters options, a soup course, two main course options (plus a vegetarian option) and assiette dessert
  • Evening buffet for all your guests including chicken goujons, spring rolls, cocktail sausages, sandwiches, plus tea and coffee
  • Half bottle of house wine per person 
  • Honeymoon Suite complimentary on your wedding night
  • Use of hotel grounds for photos 

Our minimum numbers for Friday & Saturday dates is 120 adult guests, and for Sunday - Thursday dates is 80 adult guests. We offer a midweek discount on our Sunday - Thursday dates.

Our Romance at Redcastle exclusive 2026 package has a minimum of 100 adult guests.

The Ocean Suite can accommodate up to 325 guests for a wedding celebration.

Each and every wedding is different, whether you are looking for an intimate celebration or a larger wedding, Redcastle Hotel is the ideal waterfront wedding venue.
Your honeymoon suite is complimentary for the night of the wedding, and your guests will receive only the best of our bright, spacious guest rooms. We offer a discount on up to fifteen rooms in your wedding party.
