Taking place in the serene surroundings of the Inishowen Peninsula, this retreat combines yoga, meditation, sea air and the comforts of Redcastle for a deeply restorative two-night escape.
Led by well-known yogi Tara O’Rourke, the programme is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners, and is designed to nurture both mind and body.
Tara is the founder of SaolBeo Therapies and Training. With qualifications in wellness therapy, homeopathy, and yoga and meditation teaching, Tara brings expertise and compassion to create a truly enriching experience and over the years, there have been many returning guests due to Tara’s popularity leading these retreats.
